This Privacy Policy describes how MedPal (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, processes, and protects information provided voluntarily by users (“User”) of the Application. By using the Application, the User consents to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

MedPal may collect personal information, professional information, and clinical data voluntarily submitted by the User for the purpose of enabling core functionality, including artificial intelligence processing, clinical guidance generation, and feature performance. The User acknowledges that such data may include sensitive categories related to health or medical information provided for educational or professional purposes.

We use industry-standard measures to safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of User data. However, no digital infrastructure is entirely immune to security vulnerabilities, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. The User understands and accepts that data transmitted through the Application may be subject to inherent risks associated with network-based services.

MedPal does not sell or share User information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Data may be processed by third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to support core features of the Application, and such providers are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality.

User data may be anonymized, aggregated, or de-identified for the purpose of improving the Application, enhancing clinical reasoning models, training artificial intelligence systems, auditing performance, or conducting internal analytics. De-identified data shall not be considered personal information.

If regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, GDPR, or equivalent become applicable to Users, additional notices, consents, or contractual safeguards may be required. MedPal may implement such mechanisms as the Application expands to specific jurisdictions or professional environments.

The User may request deletion of their personal information to the extent permitted by applicable regulations. Certain operational or technical limitations may apply to deletion requests, particularly when de-identified data is involved.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Application following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
